Can I choose my instrument for the Instrument Family Subscription?
Not quite — part of the fun is the surprise! Once you choose your instrument family, each specific blend is a curated surprise inspired by a different instrument within that family. Every blend is roasted exclusively for subscribers and rarley sold individually, so you're always getting something you can't find anywhere else.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
I don't see my instrument. Will you add it?
Possibly! We’re always expanding the Symphony Coffee lineup with new instrument-inspired blends and limited releases. Even if your instrument doesn’t currently have its own dedicated roast, it may appear in future collections or as part of our rotating subscription selections. We love hearing suggestions from musicians and coffee lovers, so your favorite instrument could inspire an upcoming release.
How much does shipping cost?
For most order, shipping is $5. For larger orders, shipping is calculated based on your location and the number of items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
When will I get my order?
All orders are roasted fresh after ordering to ensure you get the best quality coffee. Most processing takes 2-5 days and shipping takes 2-5 days depending on location.
