Shipping Rates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping on all orders.

  • Standard Shipping: $5.00 per order
  • No hidden fees or additional handling charges

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Symphony Coffee ships only to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after they are placed. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping generally arrives within 4-8 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and holiday shipping volumes.

Subscription Orders

For coffee subscriptions, recurring orders will be processed and shipped according to your selected subscription schedule. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Symphony Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Symphony Coffee is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
